Damaged/Defective Books: If you receive a book that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund. To initiate the refund process, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Wrong Invoice Amount: If you believe the invoice amount for your order is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will verify the discrepancy and issue a refund for the difference if applicable.

Wrong Books Sent: If you receive books that are different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect books and send you the correct ones at no additional cost. You can choose a full refund instead if you prefer.

General Guidelines:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to request additional information or verification before issuing a refund.
